About Us:

Crystal Clean Maids is own and managed by a husband and wife team, (since 1990-91) with a small staff that all live here in Central PA serving the Harrisburg, York and in~between areas .

Several of us (our staff) own homes and have families. We also take part in our community and in some cases, Church.  We believe giving back and taken part in our community and country is important, just as conducing an honest life & business. (COL 3:23)

As you may have read, we are very picky on who we hire to clean for our customers, as well, picky on putting homes or offices into our calendar as customers.  Having this process in place has allowed us to enjoy a list of great people, in customers and staff, which make for a good work environment and comfort level for all.

Staying small has also allowed us to be proud of our track record in way of insurance damages and theft. In all our years, damages to customers property hasn't exceeded $2,000.00 in total, and $0 cost on theft reports.

We work each job with it's own account manager, which is the same person/s always coming to your home. In other words, each residential account (if the house is 3500-4000 square feet or smaller) is managed by 1 (manager or Team Leader) person and an assistant (team). Two or more teams may be assigned to a bigger house as well any commercial accounts at this size or bigger, but again the same face/s will be arriving each time, freeing you the customer from worrying if your home is being cleaned by a different person at each cleaning. We are also a smoke free business, so this doesn't have to be of any concern.

We really are proud of our business decisions, format and policies because it has come out to benefit not only us as a small business, but our customers too. Which ultimately is doing exactly what you the customer expects from our service and more, nothing less.
